Janitorial Services - Poplarville MS

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Thad Cochran Southern Horticulture Research Center in Poplarville, MS. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items or services necessary for the performance of the work. The contract will be for a base year with three option years. The contractor must visit the site and make determinations of the size of areas and services required within each area. • The contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. • The small business size standard is $22.0 million. • The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. • The contract includes provisions and clauses by reference, which can be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. • The contractor must comply with the FAR 52.225-3 Buy American–Free Trade Agreements–Israeli Trade Act and FAR 52.225-5, Trade Agreements.
