Request for Information - F-15 Programmable Armament Control - Converter Programmer (PACS-CP) Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry to support the development of a Long-Term Support Strategy for the F-15EX program. The strategy aims to improve supply chain efficiencies, material availability, and supplier base for multiple Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and their subcomponents. The focus is on Depot Activation capabilities, specifically for the Programmable Armament Control - Converter Programmer (PACS-CP). The contractor will be expected to provide specialized test equipment, test program sets, and interface test adapters, as well as training to USAF Maintenance Technicians. The goal is to establish F-15EX organic maintenance capabilities while maximizing the utilization of existing F-15 legacy assets. • The contractor will be responsible for identifying all necessary requirements for Depot Activation. • The contractor will be expected to negotiate and implement Partnering Agreements (PA) and Implementation Agreements (IA) between the contractor, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and the Government. • The contractor will provide transition planning to identify areas that must be transitioned from contractor support to Government support. • The contractor will provide training to USAF Maintenance Technicians on the test and repair of all units under test.
