2026 Water Service Line Identification

The City of Lebanon is seeking a qualified contractor to identify approximately 450 water service lines by exposing and documenting the material type at each curb stop. The project includes replacement of curb boxes and valve stems that were damaged during excavation, and restoration of all disturbed areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and traffic control necessary to complete the work.
