Tree Services

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is seeking bids for tree services, including tree removal, stump removal, and other related services. The contract will be for a term of two years, with the option to renew. The city is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality services, including tree removal, stump grinding, and debris removal. The contractor will be required to have adequate equipment and personnel to perform the work, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The city reserves the right to inspect and approve all equipment, personnel, and safety practices of the contractor. • Tree removal services, including removal of trees identified with an orange paint dot or other IFD marking • Stump removal services, including grinding out the stump and all surface roots to a minimum depth of 8” below ground level • Hourly rate services for bucket truck, chip truck, grapple crane, and stick crane • Debris removal and disposal • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and IOSHA • Provision of personal protection equipment for workers • Maintenance of accurate records and valid licenses, registrations, certifications, or insurance
