Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified vendors to replace aging brine‑making equipment at three municipal garages (Colerain, Crookshank, and Dunbar). The work includes removal of existing units, supply and installation of new automated brine‑makers, associated plumbing, electrical, controls, and civil works such as steel bollards. Bidders must submit separate line‑item pricing for general construction, plumbing, and electrical trades, and may submit a combination bid that incorporates all three. A 10 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond are required, along with compliance with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, insurance, and DEI/E‑EO certifications. The anticipated start of construction is September 2026 with substantial completion required by October 31 2026.
