Description
The Kansas Department of Corrections is seeking bids for on-call roofing services for various correctional facilities across the state. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide roofing repair and replacement services, including associated roofing drainage systems, on an as-needed basis.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must submit a completed bid package, including all required forms and documentation.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration, sexual harassment, and procurement.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and tax clearance certificate.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and dispute resolution process.
