Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide facility signage maintenance services for the VA North Texas Healthcare System. The services will include a comprehensive facility signage maintenance survey, fabrication and delivery of new signage, and installation of new signage. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, labor, supplies, materials, and resources to accomplish the deliverables identified in the Statement of Work. The contract will be a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with a fixed price.
• The contractor will be responsible for conducting walkthroughs at regularly scheduled intervals to review and inspect all signage.
• The contractor will generate a maintenance survey walkthrough punch list report using an iPad application.
• The contractor will provide a written report and detailed list of recommended signage updates and maintenance needs for VA consideration.
• The contractor will fabricate all signage to the exact specifications detailed in the maintenance survey report and in accordance with the VANTHCS interior and exterior signage standards.
• The contractor will install new signage products in compliance with the Signage Maintenance Survey Report and Documents.
