Any person or company with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid before the final settlement. The project involves the replacement of a chiller at the Kipling Campus.

• The settlement will be made by the State of Colorado with Iconergy LTD
• Any unpaid claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency
• Failure to file a claim before the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from any liability for the claim
