Description
The Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District is seeking a qualified firm to act as Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the comprehensive retrofit, renovation, or construction of an emergency communications center. The OPM will represent the District throughout all project phases, providing leadership, technical expertise, project controls, budget oversight, procurement assistance, construction administration, technology coordination, commissioning oversight, and occupancy planning. This is a professional‑services contract requiring demonstrated experience with large‑scale public‑sector emergency communications facilities and familiarity with Massachusetts procurement statutes.
• Lead and represent the District from design through completion of a 911/NG911 facility.
• Provide project controls, budget monitoring, procurement support, and construction administration.
• Coordinate technology integration, commissioning, and occupancy transition for the new or renovated center.
