Non-Personal Healthcare Services, IDIQ Contract, Single Award, for Registered Nurse (RN) services, for the Outpatient Department, at the Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC), located in Eagle Butte, South Dakota.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal healthcare services, specifically Registered Nurse (RN) services, to the Outpatient Department at the Cheyenne River Health Center (CRHC) in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The contractor will be required to provide a full scope of services, including newborn, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The contract will be for a base year with three option years, and the contractor will be required to work on-site at the CRHC. The contractor will be responsible for providing nursing care, including charge duties, and will be required to work on Federal Government Recognized Holidays, weeknights, and weekends. • The contractor will be required to provide RN services for approximately 14,560 hours per year, with an additional 3,120 on-call hours per year. • The contractor will be required to maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor will be required to develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS.
