The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting quotations for debris analysis for use on the MH-65 aircraft. The USCG intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Jet-Care International, Inc. The contractor must provide new manufactured commercial items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-approved source. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Conformance and documentation reflecting the complete unbroken history of ownership of the parts from purchase from the approved manufacturing source until delivery to the USCG.
Key considerations for this project include:
• The contractor must have clear traceability to the OEM.
• The contractor must provide new parts, not substitute or alternate parts.
• The contractor must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Airworthiness and Certificate of Conformance.
• The contractor must provide full and clear traceability with delivery of each part.
