Sole Source Purchase for Water Treatment Facilities

The State of New Mexico intends to make a sole source purchase for the planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery of water treatment facilities for the City of Las Vegas. The contractor will provide project management, engineering, and construction oversight services to ensure the facilities meet safe drinking water standards and are compliant with applicable regulations. The scope of work includes project planning, regulatory compliance, design and engineering, procurement, construction management, testing and commissioning, operator training, and project closeout. • The contractor must have experience with disaster recovery infrastructure and federally funded projects. • The contractor must be able to mobilize immediately and have a presence on the ground in Las Vegas. • The contractor must have a proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects. • The contractor must have a deep understanding of the City's water system and its weaknesses. • The contractor must be able to provide a fully integrated approach to expediting the completion of the project objectives.
