2 ASOS Gunfighter Sustainment Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Training as a Service via Synthetic Marksmanship Training Systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials to support the training. The training will include threat/non-threat recognition, eye tracking, and human performance simulation/stimulation. The contractor will also be required to provide operations, sustainment, maintenance, and facilitate instructor training, content management, and reports. The system must provide skill-specific scenarios designed to stress insider threats, classes of threat indicators, and threat detection. Some key requirements of the contract include: * Providing training that meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) * Leveraging research in advancements in cognitive neuroscience, sports reaction training, learning theory, motivation, and human performance * Ensuring system availability and providing analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, resource management, administrative and Site Lead support * Providing a system that can provide skill-specific scenarios designed to stress insider threats, classes of threat indicators, and threat detection
