Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), is seeking a vendor to provide conference space at the 2026 Annual Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Conference and Exhibition in Washington, DC. The vendor will need to reserve and confirm booth space at the Charleston Convention Center in Charleston, SC. The period of performance for the resulting award will be August 31, 2025 to September 15, 2025. The vendor will need to provide a firm fixed price quote for the following items:
* Reservation and confirmation of booth space (20x30 space)
* Application for ATCA Connect Conference
* Attendee badges
