Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to provide a full suite of drug‑testing supplies and a Drugs of Abuse Analyzer under a one‑year contract with four optional one‑year renewals. The award includes lease of a Thermo Scientific Mindray BA‑800M automated chemistry analyzer, installation, on‑site training for up to four staff, a web‑based data‑management platform, and an extensive list of reagents and consumables to support high‑throughput testing. The vendor must also deliver manufacturer‑authorized service and ensure the system is operational within 14 days of award.
• Provide the BA‑800M analyzer (new) plus installation, validation, and removal at contract end.
• Supply annual quantities of > 90 k amphetamine kits, 72 k benzodiazepine kits, plus dozens of other drug‑testing reagents and controls.
• Deliver a secure, web‑based results‑management system that integrates with the State’s Five‑Points case‑management platform and supports reporting, email alerts, and randomization features.
• Conduct on‑site training for up to four County staff, covering instrument operation, data system use, and safety.
• Maintain full manufacturer‑authorized service support, including preventive maintenance, calibrations, and warranty compliance throughout the contract term.
