US GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR COMMERCIAL HANGAR LEASE

The U.S. Government is seeking sources for a commercial hangar lease in Laredo, Texas, to replace its current lease that will expire in September 2026. The ideal space should have a minimum of 12,000 square feet, including electricity and office space, with a hangar door that is at least 14 feet tall. The space must also include a helicopter pad of at least 2,000 square feet and office space of at least 1,000 square feet. The leased space must be ready for occupancy by 1 October 2026.
