6515--NX EQ Physiologic Motility Analyzers (EndoFLIP)

The Veterans Health Administration is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single‑award, brand‑name‑only Requirements contract to supply Medtronic EndoFLIP™ 300 physiologic motility analyzers and related accessories, training, and service plans to VA medical centers nationwide. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price with a one‑year base period and up to four optional one‑year extensions. All proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline and must include full technical, past‑performance, veteran‑preference, and pricing volumes. • Provide the EndoFLIP™ 300 system, consumables (catheters, tubes, kits), and optional service plans (1‑3 year). • Deliver on‑site training (1‑day and 2‑day) and ensure warranty/maintenance support. • Must be an authorized Medtronic distributor; only Medtronic products will be considered. • The contract is nationwide, FOB destination, and will be managed under a Requirements ID with orders placed through the VA ELCM ordering portal.
