1 Yoke Rail Modernization

The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) seeks to procure various railroad materials to support the 1 Yoke Modernization. The required items include rail, turnout, spikes, plate, and other components. The contractor must deliver the items to the MCAAP on or before 16 APR 2026. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. • The contractor must comply with the FAR clauses and DFARS clauses incorporated by reference. • The contractor must submit payment requests and receiving reports through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. • The contractor must provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request. • The contractor must make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction.
