The VA seeks a brand‑name or equal VMU cage wash rack system, including delivery, installation, removal of the existing unit, and all associated pit‑work, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning services at the Portland VA Medical Center. The contract is a small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price RFQ, with a final offer deadline of 15 Oct 2026.
• Provide a Lynx 410LX‑type cage washer (overall dimensions 80 W × 104 H × 93 L) that fits the existing pit (94 L × 85 W × 13 D).
• Perform complete removal of the current washer, pit demolition/modification, utility connections, and final testing/training.
• Deliver, install, and certify the system before June 2027, with a one‑year warranty and all required documentation.
• Must be an SBA‑eligible small business (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB).
