R--Appraisal Services

The United States Department of the Interior is seeking appraisal services for multiple properties. The government intends to issue multiple solicitations and award multiple purchase orders to qualified contractors. The appraisals will be used to establish the market value of various properties, including the Eklutna/CIRI selection rights in Alaska and a property in Grant County, Washington. Interested contractors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management and possess the necessary licenses and professional qualifications required to perform appraisal services in the state(s) for which they submit quotations. • The government will use price as the primary selection factor and award to the technically acceptable quote presenting the lowest price. • Past experience and/or past performance may be utilized to justify awarding to other than the lowest priced quote. • Interested contractors should email [email protected] by the response due date to indicate their business size and specify which appraisals they intend to bid on.
