The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services for the SCADA computer system and associated flow‑meter instrumentation at Pelican Bay State Prison and its Waste‑Water Treatment Plant in Crescent City. The work includes bi‑annual preventive maintenance, emergency repair response within 12 hours, parts replacement, on‑site PLC programming, and comprehensive documentation for each service visit. The contract is capped at $90,000 over a three‑year performance period (July 2026 – June 2029) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive‑and‑responsible bidder.
