Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide a 2023 or newer Toyota Sienna LE or better, dropped floor conversion with additional modifications. The contract term will be 12 months, and the vendor will be required to provide a free product demonstration with the proposed vehicle at the client's residence to ensure a proper wheelchair/client fit. The vendor will also be required to provide certification and safety labels, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
