Description
The Griffin-Spalding County Land Bank Authority is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide lawn maintenance, ground maintenance, trash, tree, and debris removal services on a regular basis under a renewable annual contract. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option of four additional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be required to provide all materials and services necessary to perform the proposed work. The scope of work includes mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and removing trash, litter, and debris from properties. The contractor will also be required to provide monthly reports and maintain records of compliance with federal work authorization programs.
