The ideal space should be approximately 3,800-4,750 ABOA SF, with a minimum of 19 workspaces, including private offices or open modular workspace. The space must be efficiently designed to support the required operations and must be delivered fully furnished, including systems furniture, private office furnishings, conference tables/chairs, and storage. The lease term is 10 years, with 5 years firm, and the government is seeking a lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Some key requirements for the space include: • Contiguous space required, with up to 3-4 suites within the same building considered at the government's discretion • Secured or securable surface parking for 19 Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs) • A conference room with a minimum of 325 ABOA SF • A server room with a minimum of 100 SF and 24/7 cooling • The space must be delivered fully furnished, including systems furniture, private office furnishings, conference tables/chairs, and storage • The government will not consider collocation with tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions
