Occupational Medical Testing Provider

The City of Santa Monica is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Occupational Medical Testing services. The services include preemployment physical exams, drug and alcohol testing, DMV commercial driver testing, sworn fire personnel physicals, and other medical testing services. The contractor will be required to provide these services at a single location, multiple locations, or using a mobile medical unit. The contract term is for five years. The City is looking for a firm that can provide all medical, drug, and alcohol testing services upon contract execution and has the ability to perform DOT drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal rules and regulations. • Preemployment physical exams • Drug and alcohol testing • DMV commercial driver testing • Sworn fire personnel physicals • HazMat baseline and annual follow-up exams • Fit for duty/return to duty testing • Executive/professional annual physicals • TB testing and vaccinations • Respirator testing • Scuba testing The City requires the contractor to have experience providing occupational medical testing services to a large employer and to have a mobile solution to provide services at City of Santa Monica site locations.
