Snow Removal for BCBOE Kroger Campus & Ignite Institute

The Boone County Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow removal and ice control services for Ignite Institute and the former Kroger building on US 42. The selected contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform snow removal and ice control services. The scope of services includes plowing of parking lots, driveways, access roads, and loading areas, clearing sidewalks, entrances, and fire lanes, removal and relocation of snow, and application of salt, sand, or approved de-icing agents to parking areas and walkways. • The contract is for the 2025-2026 winter season. • The contract may be renewed for additional seasons based on contractor performance and the availability of funding. • The selected contractor must respond within 3 hours of snow or ice event notification and provide continuous service during snow events to maintain safe conditions. • The contractor must complete the work within 3 hours after snow has ceased. • The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the services.
