Description
The Stateville Correctional Center/Northern Reception & Classification Center is seeking bids for a 2-year service contract to repair and maintain laundry washers and dryers. The vendor will provide all labor, tools, parts, and equipment necessary to inspect and repair laundry machines. The contract includes four items: Year-1 and Year-2 regular hourly rates for repair and maintenance, material cost for the 2-year term, and a statement that all costs associated with travel and mileage must be included in the hourly rate. The vendor must have valid certifications, and all work must be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The contract also includes provisions for subcontracting, transportation, and delivery.
