Owner's Representative Services - GESPC II Project

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a qualified company to provide Owner's Representative services for the GESPC II project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, project oversight, reporting, coordination, meetings, construction monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and related Owner's Representative services. The firm must propose a fixed monthly fee for the proposed Owner's Representative, which shall include all labor, overhead, profit, insurance, administrative expenses, local travel, mileage, meetings, reporting, and routine business expenses.
