Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for the supply of lightning arresters. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to deliver the items to the specified location. The contract will include a first article test, and the contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. The contractor must also comply with the higher-level quality standard ISO 9001:2015. The government reserves the right to reject any proposal that is deemed unbalanced or unacceptable.
• The contractor must provide all cost or pricing information required by FAR 15.4.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions, representations, and certifications provided in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a technically acceptable proposal that meets all the requirements of the solicitation.
• The government will evaluate the proposals based on the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedure.
