Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 258 retractable banners with stands, instruction manuals, and carrying cases. The banners must be 24" wide x 60" high, printed in 4-color process on white, weather-resistant, wind-permeable mesh polyester vinyl. The stands must be made of aluminum metal, lightweight, durable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. The contractor must provide a warranty period of one calendar year from the date of final payment. The delivery date is 12/05/2025, and the contractor must ship the products to 63 nationwide U.S. addresses and 7 APO/FPO international addresses.

• The contractor must review all addresses to determine whether U.S. Mail or small parcel carrier should be used.
• The contractor must add tracking numbers, carrier, and number of cartons per address into the distribution spreadsheet and email it immediately upon shipment.
