Athletic Fields LED Lighting

The Moore County Board of Education is seeking qualified contractors to retrofit and upgrade the lighting systems at two high‑school athletic facilities. Existing floodlights will be removed (or retained where feasible) and replaced with high‑efficiency LED fixtures while reusing existing poles and wiring where possible. The scope includes demolition, disposal, new LED fixture supply and installation, mounting hardware, new in‑pole wiring, system aiming, commissioning, testing, and coordination with school schedules. Bidders must submit detailed photometric analysis, energy‑savings calculations, insurance proof, licensing, references, and an optional dynamic lighting effects package.
