Description
The City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call Architectural, Engineering, Design, and Construction Phase Services in support of the City's Capital Improvement Program and operational infrastructure needs. The selected firms will assist the Department in the implementation and completion of various projects on an as-needed basis. The scope of services includes engineering design, construction management, and other related tasks. The contract term is expected to be three years with two one-year renewal options.
Key services include:
• Engineering design for water/wastewater treatment, water distribution, and wastewater collection projects
• Construction management and administration
• Inspection and testing services
• Permitting and regulatory compliance
• Environmental services
• Geotechnical engineering
• Structural engineering
• Mechanical and electrical engineering
The City is looking for firms with experience in multidiscipline engineering design, construction management, and related services. The selected firms will be required to demonstrate their qualifications and experience in providing similar services.
