Maternal Mortality Review Committee Administrative Support

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking a contractor to provide administrative support for the Maternal Mortality Review Committee (MMRC). The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, including meeting facilitation and coordination, agenda development, minute-taking, and data management. The contractor will also be responsible for implementing and managing a secure, anonymous voting system and providing technical and administrative support. The goal of this project is to enhance the operational capacity, professionalism, and overall effectiveness of the MMRC through consistent, high-quality administrative support. • Provide administrative support for MMRC meetings, including scheduling, logistical support, and secure virtual meeting platforms. • Coordinate with MSDH staff to prepare meeting agendas and take minutes. • Implement and manage a secure, anonymous voting system for committee members. • Provide technical and administrative support, including data management and analysis. • Maintain organized documentation and records, including meeting minutes and attendance rosters. • Assist with recruiting new members and managing the application process. • Provide support for data-driven initiatives and review committees.
