Description
The Alabama Department of Transportation is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for the I‑10 widening project in Baldwin County, specifically the segment east of the Bayway Bridge to east of SR‑181. The scope includes engineering oversight, materials sampling and testing, and full contract administration through the construction phase. This service‑only contract will support the state’s highway expansion efforts and requires adherence to state procurement regulations, E‑Verify enrollment, and registration with the Alabama Secretary of State for out‑of‑state firms.
