Description
This project entails the removal of an existing storm‑drain culvert on Muncaster Road and installation of a new 48‑inch corrugated polyethylene pipe, accompanied by related earth‑work, grading, rip‑rap, topsoil, matting, erosion‑control, and construction surveying. The contractor must be licensed in Alaska, provide a 5 % bid bond, submit a subcontractor report, and comply with prevailing‑wage, paid‑sick‑leave, and environmental‑control requirements. Work must start no later than 16 Nov 2026 and be completed by 30 Nov 2026.
• Remove existing culvert and install new 48‑in CPP pipe (owner‑furnished).
• Perform excavation, back‑fill, compaction, aggregate base, rip‑rap, topsoil, matting, and ESCP without CGP coverage.
