Escambia Co DHR Interior Paint Job

The Escambia County Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to perform interior painting services at its Brewton facility (326 Evergreen Avenue). The agency will supply all paint; the contractor must provide labor, surface preparation, protective measures, equipment, and complete the work while the building remains fully operational. Attendance at a mandatory pre‑bid site visit on February 18, 2026 is required for bid eligibility, and all bids must be submitted by March 9, 2026.
