RFQ 708023: Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for Farmwell Road Intersection Improvements

The County of Loudoun is seeking a qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) firm to provide comprehensive on‑site support for the Farmwell Road (Route 625) Intersection, Pedestrian, and Bicycle Improvements Project. The selected consultant will be responsible for full‑time on‑site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing, documentation management, and ensuring compliance with approved plans, VDOT standards, and contract requirements. • Perform continuous on‑site inspection and quality control throughout the construction phase. • Manage construction administration tasks, including sub‑contractor coordination and schedule tracking. • Conduct materials sampling, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with specifications. • Provide engineering support to verify that work meets VDOT standards and project plans. • Maintain detailed records and reports for the County’s project files.
