Description
The City of Minot is seeking a consultant to prepare a Compatible Land Use Study update for Minot Air Force Base. The study aims to create a community-driven planning process to promote compatible development with the military's operational needs. The consultant will evaluate current land use patterns, identify key compatibility issues, and provide recommendations for zoning and land use adjustments. The study will also assess vulnerabilities that could impact the operational continuity of Minot AFB and develop strategies to enhance infrastructure resilience.
