The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to acquire four Dell laptops, one Dell Precision workstation (custom GIS user), and five Dell Thunderbolt 4 docking stations. Only vendors who are Master Contractors under the existing Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract (BPO #060B5400007) may submit. The solicitation requires submission through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system, includes a small‑business reserve requirement, and mandates that the contractor be an authorized Dell reseller and provide MSRP documentation, a mercury affidavit, and a Letter of Authorization if requested.
