Construction Services for Housing Rehabilitation/ Demolition and Reconstruction Continuing Services under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) programs

The City of Kissimmee is seeking qualified not-for-profit contractors to provide construction management services for properties located within the city. The project involves the rehabilitation, demolition, and reconstruction of approximately twenty homes and roof replacement for up to ten properties, funded by CDBG, HOME, and SHIP funds.
