Employment Alcohol and Drug Testing

The State of Nevada, Purchasing Division, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the collection and testing of urine, breath, blood, and bodily substances for alcohol and drugs of abuse. The contract is expected to be for a term of four years, with an estimated start date of January 1, 2026. Vendors must provide services statewide and have a network of resources available to State agencies outside of Nevada. The State may award more than one contract in conjunction with this Request for Proposal. • The scope of work includes pre-employment, for-cause, random, post-incident, return-to-work, and follow-up testing, as well as client testing. • Vendors must comply with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) regulations. • The State reserves the right to modify the timeline and evaluation criteria. • Vendors must submit their proposals through the nevadaepro.com portal. • The State will evaluate proposals based on factors such as vendor experience, customer service, technical support, and cost.
