MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT for Fingerprinting Services / equipment. Used by Gaming Licensing Staff & Agency Staff , and Casino Operators. Fingerprinting is needed for Gaming to License Casino, racetrack and Lottery retailers, to operate in Gaming commission regaulated activites. If gaming is not able to fingerprint people, casino would not be able to hire new staff , new lottery retailers would not be able to open and prominent Horse Racing actives, like the Belmont Stakes.
