Recycling, Depollution and Disposal of Vehicles, Vessels and other Equipment

The City of Long Beach is seeking a vendor to provide recycling, depollution, dismantle and disposal services for abandoned passenger, commercial, recreational vehicles, vessels, watercraft and other equipment as needed. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2027. The city requires the vendor to provide a narrative proposal, cost proposal, and other attachments as specified in the RFP. The vendor should have experience in providing similar services and should be able to demonstrate their capacity and qualifications to perform the required work. • The vendor should be able to provide recycling, depollution, dismantle and disposal services for various types of vehicles and equipment. • The vendor should have experience in handling hazardous materials and should be able to demonstrate their ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor should be able to provide a detailed work plan and timeline for the project. • The vendor should be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate effectively with the city and other stakeholders.
