Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $8,000,000

No ceiling is disclosed, but IDIQ contracts for specialized IONM services at a large VA hospital typically range from a few million to several million dollars over five years. Assuming 150 surgical cases per year at an average $5,000‑$10,000 per case for monitoring, the contract could be roughly $2 million to $8 million in total value.
