Description
The US Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide market research, polling, printing, and mailing services to support the VA Million Veterans Program. The program aims to recruit, engage, and retain over one million Veterans for genomic and epidemiologic research. The contractor will be responsible for designing and developing survey booklets, letters, and other printed materials, as well as providing material mailings, response tracking, and scanning and extracting response data. The contract will be for a period of five years, with a total estimated value of $39,000,000. The contractor will be required to have an Authority to Operate (ATO) with the federal government and to maintain the capability to scan documents with slight variabilities in print size and margins. • Design, production, and distribution of thank you pin letters
• Design, production, and distribution of MVP newsletter
• Design, production, and distribution of business reply envelopes
• Design, production, and distribution of personalized letters
