The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Mast Arm Poles for the Traffic Services Unit Division 3. The poles will be used to manage traffic and travel information for the State, including real-time updates on accidents, congestion, traffic cameras, work zones, and other road conditions. The vendor will be required to provide pricing and deliver the poles to various locations within the State of North Carolina. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest price that meets the specifications. • The contract is for a one-time purchase. • The vendor must be a North Carolina registered vendor in good standing. • The vendor must provide a completed and signed version of the execution pages, along with the body of the IFB. • The vendor must provide a completed version of the pricing form, which includes the unit price and extended price for each item. • The vendor must provide a completed version of the HUB supplemental vendor information form. • The vendor must provide a completed version of the location of workers utilized by vendor form. • The vendor must provide a completed and signed certification of financial condition.
