Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety / North Carolina National Guard is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Camp Butner Training Center Latrine Building. The project includes the removal of existing ceiling and finishes, plumbing fixtures, interior masonry walls, and the installation of new ceiling, paint, spray foam insulation, doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, furnishings, masonry walls, mechanical, and electrical systems. The project requires a single prime contractor and will be awarded based on a lump sum bid.
• The project is located at 475 Roberts Chapel Road, Stem, North Carolina 27581.
• The bid opening will be held on April 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Joint Force Headquarters Cafeteria, North Carolina National Guard.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the project site.
• The contractor must have a proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades.
• A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for 100% of the contract price.
