Annual Contract for Physical and Mental Wellness Program(s) for Tarrant County Sheriff's Office

Tarrant County is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive health and wellness program tailored specifically for law enforcement officers. The primary objective is to proactively support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of officers through an integrated, evidence-based approach that addresses the unique occupational risks of law enforcement. • The program should include complete physical health examinations, fitness assessments, educational outreach, and behavioral health screenings. • The vendor will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive health and wellness program that meets the needs of law enforcement officers. • The vendor must have experience in designing and implementing health and wellness programs for law enforcement agencies. • The vendor must be able to provide a team of qualified professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, and mental health professionals, to deliver the program. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive program that includes health screenings, fitness assessments, and educational outreach. • The vendor must be able to provide a program that is tailored to the specific needs of law enforcement officers. • The vendor must be able to provide a program that is evidence-based and effective in improving the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of officers.
