The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking proposals for the provision of repair parts for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 5 additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket parts, and to accept orders via telephone, email, and online. The contract will also require the vendor to provide a customer account structure and designated account manager, and to submit monthly usage reports. • The scope of work includes the provision of automotive parts in various categories, including alternators, batteries, bearings, and more. • The vendor will be required to accept orders via telephone, email, and online, and to provide a customer account structure and designated account manager. • The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 5 additional years. • The successful bidder will be required to provide OEM and aftermarket parts, and to honor all manufacturers' warranties and guarantees. • The vendor will be responsible for picking up all delivered returns within 7 working days of advance written notification.
