Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide fixed‑rate financing for the purchase of replacement school buses, non‑bus vehicles, textbooks and a technology refresh for FY 2027. The contract is a five‑year, fixed‑rate lease‑purchase arrangement with a total financing amount of approximately $61.5 million. The award will be based on the lowest fixed interest rate and total cost of financing, as well as vendor experience, references, and compliance with minority‑business‑enterprise (MBE) goals. Proposals must be submitted electronically via eMaryland Marketplace by September 9, 2026.
